Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

To file a claim, please provide the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work infringed.
- Specific URL(s) of the infringing material for removal.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone, fax).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner (under penalty of perjury).1
False claims of infringement may result in legal penalties.
Counter-Notification (Restoration of Material):
If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was a mistake, you can submit a counter-notification through our Contact page (email preferred). Please include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Description and former location of the removed material.
- A statement (under penalty of perjury) that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant U.S. Federal District Court and acceptance of service of process from the original claimant.
Repeat Infringer Policy:
We maintain a record of DMCA notices and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
